Anthony Cole (Managing Director, Supervisor)

Anthony has owned and managed ESW Legal since 2003. He specialises in litigation and probate. He has represented many clients over the last 25 years and has obtained hundreds of thousands of pounds in compensation for claimants in damages claims – personal injury (from minor to catastrophic injuries, disease claims), clinical negligence (e.g birth injury claims, late & wrong diagnosis), professional negligence (e.g architects, solicitors, accountants negligence) and will disputes (Inheritance Act 1975 claims).

In the past before ESW Legal Anthony was involved in a number of high profile group actions. He was part of a team of lawyers representing children allegedly damaged by the MMR vaccine, and also part of a team of lawyers who represented Gulf War Veterans, and for patients wrongly given LSD in the 1960s.

Anthony also carries out Will Writing, and Power of Attorney work. He is also a member of the Equity Release Council and so can advise clients in connection with equity release mortgage applications.

David Game

David Game is experienced in many aspects common to the practice of a high street solicitor having indeed been senior partner of his own firm for many years until joining ESW Legal as a consultant in 2010.

He now concentrates on the firm’s Wills and Probate practice, together with some Power of Attorney work, and Commercial Property activities , where he acts for a number of small to medium sized companies.

David Game qualified as a solicitor in 1976.

Diane Stokes

Diane has worked as David Game’s Assistant for 14 years, dealing with Probate, Wills, Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Conveyancing. She completed the ILEX Level 6 Single Subject Higher Diploma in Probate and Succession in 2008.
