Our Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department is headed by our Senior Partner Anthony Cole. Anthony has specialised in personal injury and clinical negligence litigation since his qualification in 1996. He has represented many clients over the years and has obtained hundreds of thousands of pounds in compensation for claimants.

Anthony is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and has been involved in a number of high profile group actions. He was part of a team of lawyers representing children damaged by the MMR vaccine, and also part of a team of lawyers who represented Gulf War Veterans and for patients wrongly given LSD in the 1960’s.

Anthony has acted for children as well as patients with mental health problems and has dealt with all types of personal injury claims, including work place accident, road traffic accidents, occupiers liability claims, Motor Insurers Bureau claims, Criminal Injury Compensation Authority claims, and disease claims (e.g. asbestos, deafness and work related upper limb disorders).
