Anthony has specialised in litigation since his qualification in 1996. He has represented many clients over the years and has obtained hundreds of thousands of pounds in compensation for claimants in damages claims – personal injury, clinical negligence and professional negligence. He has also acted in will dispute claims, commercial litigation claims, and carried out Judicial Review claims.
Anthony has been involved in a number of high profile group actions. He was part of a team of lawyers representing children damaged by the MMR vaccine, and also part of a team of lawyers who represented Gulf War Veterans and for patients wrongly given LSD in the 1960’s.
Anthony has dealt with all types clinical negligence claims e.g. birth injury claims, psychiatric injury, late & wrongful diagnosis claims, amputation injury. Anthony acts for adults, for children and for individuals with mental health problems
Rachel joined ESW Legal in 2016 as a Private Client solicitor with a particular specialism in Wills & Probate. Rachel also advises on various other private client matters including conveyancing, powers of attorney and deputyship applications.
Rachel previously worked for a Legal 500 firm specialising in Public and Administrative law. Since she qualified in 2013 Rachel has represented numerous clients in judicial review claims, challenging arbitrary and unfair government decisions in the High Court through to the European Court of Human Rights.
Rachel has a keen interest in politics, international relations and human rights and recently completed her Master’s in Human Rights Law
David Game is experienced in many aspects common to the practice of a high street solicitor having indeed been senior partner of his own firm for many years until joining ESW Legal as a consultant in 2010.
He now concentrates on the firm’s Wills and Probate practice, together with some Power of Attorney work, and Commercial Property activities , where he acts for a number of small to medium sized companies.
David Game qualified as a solicitor in 1976.
Diane has worked as David Game’s Assistant for 14 years, dealing with Probate, Wills, Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Conveyancing. She completed the ILEX Level 6 Single Subject Higher Diploma in Probate and Succession in 2008.
